This is an on going group with a one time joining fee. Note that the monthly class fee on zoom is $44 for first class all other classes will be $11
I will send you a ZOOM link once you sign-up. We start promptly at 7pm with meditation, so find a nice quiet space to practice. I will direct the monthly class but we will all participate and work on our skills.

You can work with each other through out the month in the private Private Facebook group to practice, grow, encourage, share, support each other, and stay motivated.
