Where do I even begin? Deb is quite literally one-of-a-kind. As an individual she is kind, caring, raw, and has an energy that you just want to be around.
At JPF, she helped our Summer Shred program with nutrition advice giving detailed lists of foods by category and nutrient content that each individual member could use to build their customized weekly meals based on their own dietary recommendations and personal limitations. She is motivational, inspiring, and always there for encouragement.
She currently heads up our Yoga Studio where she builds her classes around the individual needs of our gym members. If something isn't working, she isn't afraid to switch things up and try something new. Her classes are incredible and you do not feel judged or pressured like in many yoga settings. Anyone from beginners to advance students are in great hands with Deb.
We are so fortunate that Deb entered our lives and couldn't be more thankful for everything she does for us both professionally and personally.

Throughout the years I have met 1000s of people, all with different views and goals for life. You get to know the type that are living just to get by... The ones that treat life as a way to accomplish their personal goals through money and "success"... And then rarely, on occasion, you meet people in your life that are living to better the people around them. Deb emulates that life style. Debra Ann when I was referred to you by a mutual friend for guided meditation and journaling it changed my life. I had not been able to grieve the loss of my mother and you helped me to start to begin the healing process. During those first four sessions you helped me learn how to forgive and forgive myself. After that I signed up for your beginner class for reading Angel cards. Your teachings and readings you gave to me were so eye opening. I love that you would always call me out on my shit (in a loving way) and I still hear your voice when I am in a certain situation asking myself what is my part in this. Next I signed up for your Master Class. In this class I dove deeper into healing, my past and really looking at life in a entire different way. Being a part of your classes have brought amazing women into my life, you of course being one of them. As one of your newer students you were always patient with me and I am so grateful for your support and taking the time to talk to me when I needed your insight and advise. You would challenge me to go to places I didn't want to go and even if at first I would not be thrilled to have to really look at myself, after I would finish the exercise, I would feel better or really get why you had me do the work. I always love listening to you give readings because even if they are not for me, I learn so much watching you read and give loving messages to other people. One year ago, I would never have believed I could have acheived as much as I did. I continue to use what I have learned from you to continue to heal and "let that shit go"!
