When was the last time you checked in with yourself?
We check in with everyone else, asking how they are, whats new, how can I help you. We check in with partners, children, our bosses, and even strangers we reach out to.
Think about this when was the last time you checked in with you, try it now. Close your eyes right now and ask yourself, "Hey How Are You, how am I doing? Whats up? Where are we at?
Listen to your responses, what is the mental chatter, what is the responses in your body, what emotions are being triggered. Take a time out
Think about all the toxic things feeding off you.
Think about all the toxic things you are feeding off of.
What is disconnecting you from life?
How can you get back in the game, reconnect with Life, Living?
If you are feeling it, it is yours, no one else did it to you they brought it out of you.
There is so much Junk out there with food, thoughts, emotions towards life. Did you know you spend about 90 percent of our energy waisted on not liking ourselves. We have no respect for self, we don't trust ourself. We abandon ourself, feeling sorry, tired, wearing ourselves down, punishing ourselves, believing we are not good enough. If you can stop and change this thought process, if you can learn to love yourself and treat yourself how you demand others treat you, then maybe you can start building forgiveness for self and our parts into our world and based around other people. Stop dragging your junk around.
Start by honoring your food and changing the relationship with food, learning all about your choices and why you are choosing. You will be amazed on the awareness that will come with this.
You are aware enough to know what feels good and what doesn't feel good in your body. If you can't tell then you are not choosing to be aware, you are choosing to be unresponsible. What you say and do matters and they have to align, other wise you are only teaching yourself to not trust you.
This Blog is written to get you to think a bit more deeper about your choices and emotions surrounding food and taking it further to see if how you eat reflects in other areas of your life.
Stop beating your self up, come into this moment and love and nurture yourself, no one can do anything better for you then you can in this moment do for yourself. Align yourself with your inner healer, Unleash your Unlimited Self.
