Frozen in Time

Frozen in time, frozen in space, frozen in a place of confusion, wandering in a mist of doubt and fear stuck in the story that plays in our heads.

Who am I, Where am I, What am I suppose to do?

Where I am I suppose to go?

What is my purpose?

Is this the life I want?

Is this as good as it gets?

Will I ever feel Joy, Happiness, Pleasure?

What is it, I even Want?

The many “WHY’s” did this or that happen!

Do you find yourself asking these questions more time then you like? If you said yes then YES!!! You are already opening up to working with those deep questions. You are ready to help your mind feel what it needs to in order to heal. We must allow the soul unconditional space to express itself to move through the many layers it needs to for our growth and expansion. The soul needs this sacred space to work with the mind freeing it of all the shit we tell ourselves that are not true.

I am not going to lie, when opening up to these questions and allowing ourselves to go deep into the meaning of them you may not access all the information in the beginning and you defiantly wont access all the healing at once. That would be some hairy shit to deal with. But if you quiet the mind enough you can access what it is you are ready to work with in this moment for your spiritual development and healing. It takes time, it may even take different ways of processing, releasing, shedding and uncovering the many layers of truth that does exist within oneself. It all depends on what you will listen to, trust me the universe will show up to assist however it can to help you shift. Sometimes that shift is a lot of shit and other times it is like a hiccup.

There are so may layers to our truth, we think that we know what this is, but as we listen and allow ourself to feel all that we are and what is being revealed we awaken, we awaken a layer to what we are able to heal. We are provided with information, access to many dimensional places of wisdom, knowledge, understanding. There is a matrix of universal healing ready and willing to work with us, guide us, support us but we must ask, and then we must listen.
