WTF "Diet"

What the Friday diet, three days from now is Monday I will start it then, but today is Friday, Let's jump in binge eating and drinking whatever I can. I will go all in on this "Diet" Monday!
WTF "Diet" it is Monday, I feel like absolute SHIT, my body hates me, I am sore, bloated, can't poop, my head is saying some really mean things to me and it is emotionally fucking me up. I can't even begin to think about starting this "diet" today. I didn't even go grocery shopping, UGH!
How many times have you found yourself here, on a Monday, and then the next Monday and the cycle is now created. We have all been there. How did Monday's even become a "diet" thing? Same with New Years? May as well wait until then to start "diet".
What if everyday you woke up and just did amazing supportive things for your wellness. FUCK this "diet" shit. It doesn't work and it won't last. WHY? Because your not fully prescribing to it. Your belief system is not aligned with your thoughts of a "diet".
Let us break that down together.
• First, I keep putting the word "diet" in quotations because I choose to encompass any and all things you have tried under this word. Think about it, how many things have you tried, how many times did you try, how many times where you successful. How many times have you fallen off the "wagon wheel" only to get right back at it but with a different name "diet"?
• Second, now that you allowed yourself to reminisce on all your attempts, that you have either deemed as failure or success, and take a moment and call bullshit. It is just a belief system you have about being "good or bad" successful or a failure. Know this is where the work has to be done while your doing "diet"
• Third, catching yourself when your beating yourself up for not being perfect. Allowing yourself to see what is up in you while your doing something, this is called awareness. Are you aware of WHY you are doing this. My guess it is going to take a bit of digging in deep to work this through. But I think you get my point here.
• Fourth, Healing the belief system takes work, it take a willingness, a conscious decision to listen to what your body is saying and what the mind is saying and what emotional components are peculating up! Without all that and more you will never be able to move into a place of recognizing what isn't working for you and shifting a belief system surrounding the word "diet"
• Fifth, living a life where you are Loving it and Living your healthiest self.
